Responsibilities

Job Responsibilities Include:

• Maintain operating systems on Windows NT and UNIX servers.
• Maintain applications on Windows NT and UNIX servers.
• Maintain and manage all logs on associate servers and applications.
• Act as a liason and assist with faculty related computer issues.
• Assist students, when applicable regarding the various computer systems.
• Assist Instructional Technology Staff on technically related issues.
• Serve upon and assist various committees with regard to technology related issues.
• Explore new and innovative online applications and make presentations with regard to the same.
• Assist on technology related issues surrounding the implementation of the new Vision client/server system.
• Troubleshoot various application and operation issues and make reports regarding same.
• Provide interface to various vendors and their related products.
