Two incidents recently reported to OCCC Safety and Security officers involved automobiles.

On March 16, student Trevor Wauters returned to his truck in parking lot C to find it had been broken into, reported Safety and Security Officer John Hughes.

The passenger-side window had been broken and Wauters’ radio stolen. The incident occurred between 10:45 a.m. and 12:55 p.m., according to the report.

Another report involved an auto accident.

On March 12, two students’ vehicles collided in parking lot C, reported Safety and Security Officer William Busby. No one was injured in the accident.

Andre Chatman was backing out from a parking space when his car was struck by Chad Lamberth’s vehicle, according to the report. Lamberth’s Toyota Corolla sustained front-end damage.

Chatman was issued an OCCC citation for driving the wrong way, Busby reported.
