Graduation Services to host second degree check

Another “Degree Check it Out” event for spring semester will be held from April 9 through 11, said Barbara Gowdy, director of Graduation Services.
This is the second time this event will be held this semester. The last was very successful with numerous future graduates attending to receive answers on questions regarding information on their future, Gowdy said.
This event will be located in the foyer in front of the Communications Lab. It includes a staff member from graduation services who will be available to answer questions regarding degree requirements, graduation, and more, Gowdy said.
The staff of graduation services will be available from 3 to 6 p.m. April 9, from 9 a.m. to 6 p.m. April 10; and 9 a.m. to 6 p.m. April 11.
Faculty representatives from the academic departments will also be available to answer questions.

“All students of Oklahoma City Community College are encouraged to apply to graduate,” Gowdy said. “It’s not too late!”
