Customer service class to be offered Jan. 27

Corporate Learning at OCCC will host "It's All About Customer Service" on Saturday, Jan. 27, at the college's Keith Leftwich Memorial Library Room 401.

Provided by the Greater Oklahoma City Hispanic Chamber of Commerce Business Assistance Center, the class is one of many being offered to assist the owners, managers and supervisors of small businesses. Both current and potential business owners are invited to attend.

The three-hour session begins at 10 a.m. and includes information on understanding customer expections, driving sources for change, environmental factors which change organizations and employees, and basic customer service principles.

There is no cost to attend the class but reservations are required. For additional information or to reserve a space, contact Rene Soto at the Business Assistance Center at 405-616-5031.
