Graduation commencement will be held at 7:30 p.m. May 18, at the Cox Convention Center.
Students need to arrive an hour early and be prepared to pay for parking, said Barbara Gowdy, Graduation Services director.
Bob Blackburn, executive director of the Oklahoma History Museum, is the Commencement speaker.
The best advice Blackburn has for graduates, he said, is to enrich oneself but stay connected to society.
“Be creative,” he said. “Look for opportunity. But never forget that you’re part of a bigger community.”
